Chef Matty Hayes brings his Sicilian heritage to life with every dish at Pulcinella! Our seafood cannelloni features fresh Gulf seafood wrapped in delicate pasta with a rich, creamy sauce that keeps guests coming back. The eggplant parmesan is a labor of love—thinly sliced, perfectly breaded, and layered with house-made marinara and melted mozzarella. Our bucatini all'amatriciana showcases authentic Italian flavors with guanciale, San Marzano tomatoes, and pecorino romano.
And then there's the meatball—the dish that put us on the map when food writer Ian McNulty featured it in his column. Made from Chef Matty's family recipe passed down through generations, this isn't just any meatball. It's a taste of Sicily in the heart of New Orleans' 7th Ward. Pair any of these dishes with a selection from our curated Italian wine list featuring over 80 bottles from regions across Italy, and our selection of wines from the rest of the world brings our total collection to 130 bottles.
