My by-the-glass program wouldn’t be complete without some indigenous Italian varietal whites, which sometimes are unfamiliar to a lot of folks. Soft fruit with a hint of grassiness and a kiss of acidity. Rich enough for Chardonnay drinkers, crisp and light enough for for Sauv. Blanc crowd.
