An Italian restaurant’s Pinot Grigio by the glass had better be good, so I searched all over for one that delivered sufficient flavor and charm. All too often Pinot’s can be so light that they don’t stand up to the food. This one has lovely zippy acidity and the green apple and lemon zest character I love.
